A GENEROUS HEART, KIND SPEECH AND A LIFE OF SERVICE AND COMPASSION TO ALL LIVES ARE THE THINGS WHICH RENEW HUMANTIY…
- Gautama Buddha.
C.A.R.E   ANIMALS
All animals deserve to live life- free from pain, fear, hunger, exploitation and suffering. Evolved minds and enlightened souls understand that animals should not be abused by us.
India- the birth place of AHIMSA with great God men like Mahaveer, Buddha, Shankara, Baba, Guruji, Vivekananda, Mahatma etc….yet millions of animals are tainted, tortured, battered, blinded, dissected, hunted, mutilated, maimed and brutally killed for no reason simply for aphrodisiacs, fake remedies, experiments, fashion, fun etc…
Until he extends the circle of his compassion on all living beings, MAN can never himself find peace. The laws framed to protect Animals against their cruelties are openly flouted with loop holes and meager punishments as they are considered as negligible creatures. Hence the CARE Trust is formed to protect and preserve those poor lives intended to incorporate animal rights and their social justice.
C.A.R.E   ENVIRONMENT
Each day, 2 million tons of toxic waste is dumped in to our rivers and seas, 22 million tons of oil are extracted and 100 million tons of greenhouse gases are released. Each day 100 living species become extinct, 1,000 acres of peat bogs are excavated and 150,000 acres of tropical rainforest are destroyed.
Ecocide is the extensive destruction, damage to or loss of ecosystem(s) of a given territory, whether by human agency or by other causes, to such an extent that peaceful enjoyment by the inhabitants of that territory has been severely diminished.
Today large scale habitat destruction, the massive soil depletion, the extensive deforestation leads to worldwide disruption of natural cycles and the irreversibility of extinction. Today instances of mass extinction occur with greater frequency, greater rapidity and greater impact than at any other time. This destruction, damage and loss come at an enormous cost. Hence C.A.R.E Trust’s primary responsibility to prevent, monitor and bring the crime of Ecocide under the law enforcement sits first and foremost with in the country where the activity takes place or Internationally.
THE LAWS OF INDIA
As per the Article 51 A of Indian Constitution, It is the Fundamental duty of each and every Indian citizen to protect and improve the natural environment and to have compassion for all living creatures. Now everyone can seek enforcement of India’s Animal laws or environmental laws by filing a writ petition to the Supreme Court of India, or a State High Court or RTI or PIL.
